A canon update for Buson + a bunch of artwork [image heavy!!]

Two things! I’ll let Buson go home for a few days (so he can finish the unsuccessful Raikou mission, and then, however many off-screen missions and events take place between then and the successful Rayquaza mission) and then come back… he’ll probably be quite disoriented and might need to re-adjust to peaceful living and will probably feel even more unworthy of all of this on returning, but… but he’ll still be happy to be back!

This way, both him and Bashou have experienced the same Raikou mission in full, but Buson will also feel he’s been gone a lot longer (but time flows differently, so it’s just a few days here in Ultern…).

The other thing, have some roleplay-based art, a lot of which I already share on plurk (muteswans), but some concern characters who I don’t have added there, like Evie, so here, it’ll go!

Look, he’ll even have left you a dummy for knife throwing target practice, a wooden one and a straw-filled sack one! Hand-made. Not too impressive to look at, but you can train with them!

… maybe take it far away from the inn to avoid accidents and scaring people, but it’s all yours, mate.

I'm just laughing at the thought of Buson being gone for a matter of days, in Ultern's time, and yet when he gets back Bashou is already living in the jungle like a wild creature, with his knife-throwing dummies, hissing at everyone...this is who he is now...

This will increase Buson's confusion and wariness because it'll be almost like a year or two for him in his own world! The entire Pokemon anime's all in the same year supposedly, but seasons do change and pass, at least two summers in Advanced Generation for the Grand Festivals take place in summer, so...
