September Plotting Post!

It's been a while since we made one of these--but have a plotting post everybody! And while it's not this month I'm sure those who have been in the game will know what the next big event will be! That's right:
The Harvesting Bonds Festival! But that's for next month. In the mean time, hey! Why not start up some fun with your fellow players, woo!

Buson temporarily dies (then comes back, standard Pokemon movie style) at the end of the thread with Bashou, but the player's on hiatus and I was going to backdate the post of his revival + catching his tanuki-looking Clackoon, but that was supposed to be quite a while ago, so in game, he's revived already!

Other than that, no plans.

Iris continues to be a forest cryptid. Plan something out?

Georgia will do more than just filch things!! She's already bonding with Gold, fff. Anybody train a Dragon type (other than Volo), for her to call out??? I don't like roleplaying battles, so we cooould handwave it or she can have a silly non-battle challenge.

Lillie and Ai are hard for me to plot for, so if anyone has any ideas...?

I basically just wing things, I basically never have plans, but if someone wants to plan something, it could be fun!

SPEAKING OF BUSON YOU READY FOR CR WITH KIDS-- there are a lot of kids in Ultern

X... probably won't approach Buson willingly given that oh boy! Brothers with that former Flare agent! How awkward! Better to just leave that alone BUT SILVER

There's Silver. I intend to post as him eventually but they can run into each other again!

I also like the interactions Lillie and X have had! Maybe they can research Pokemon too!!! Plus X does want to learn more about Paldean Pokemon he's yet to see (Manzana throwing them at him didn't help and he's got his silly Quaxly). They can both ooh and ahh and follow after them to see what happens!?

Most of the drifted are (troublingly) kids, so he's used to it!!!

Listen, kid, he does not wanna see you either, except to maybe check if you're alright after that whole ordeal? (Buson, please do not stalk, even with Good Intentions.)

Buson also would super prefer not to encounter the Boss' kid, but life won't always or even often go how he wants it to. Let's have them meet again!!

X might be surprisingly easy to find since he will be camping out a lot. He just chooses to hole up under a blanket while sitting on top of one of his Pokemon that can carry him (most likely his Chesnaught or a ride Pokemon he's rented)

Any CR with Buson and Manzana (and Anemone too, of course, even if he keeps aloof a tiny bit) is always good, they're such good bros. ;_;

Eadie wants to set up a diner or cafe like she has back home. Evie still wants to make all the friends, and Chloe and her Eevee just kind of float around, lol. They're enjoying all the research opportunities they're finding. I'm not really sure what to do with them in general, though, so if anyone has an idea for a thread with Chloe, I'm all ears.

I'll likely bring Lillie back in and she works in the library (reading for little kids, aha), but maybe Lillie and Chloe could try to research specific things about Ultern? ;3;

Maybe Chloe can do some Pokemon Research with X, too! Since he does study Pokemon to help improve on his battles and everything!

She can also meet Professor Banyan (same with Evie too! He loves Evie)! Heck maybe a post with Eadith trying to start up her diner might be a cute idea? I'm sure there would be plenty of characters who would love to help with that! 😊

Gold is continuing doing whatever it is he does! That said, I've got some ideas for post-festival fallout. Gold wants to ask Professor Banyan about things he found out while the Professor was deaged, and also ask Kam/Gold about Chris/Silver/Ethan/??? as soon as possible!

Red is wandering around, and has been mostly spending his time in Chura Islands lately.

Ken I haven't had much inspiration to play lately, but it'd be nice to run another radio post with him!

If anybody's got ideas with any of my characters, do let me know!

Fallout is always interesting, aha!

I'm looking forward to seeing where Georgia and Gold go as friends, they'll likely have a very different dynamic than Gold and Trip, but fun!!! ... also, my Georgia's parents are separated too and she has no idea what happened to her dad. Used to play with someone who played her dad as a former Team Plasma member... but Georgia didn't know about any of that and her mom just told him her dad's dead, rather than some criminal. :D;;;

So, as far as she knows, her parents are just separated, so she feels closer to Gold, she's just. A little preoccupied with the LUGIA?! right now, forgive her.

Ken, buddy!!! Yeah, the radio posts always seem to turn out disastrous/interesting/inspire lots of creativity!

....... GOD, does that mean Buson can just have another Wild Red Encounter. He's become such a different person from who he was back then, though, PFFT.

Gold and Georgia's dynamic is fun, yeah! They've got a lot in common, after all. I'm looking forward to seeing more of them too! Maybe some day Gold will actually tell Georgia his real name too... ^^;

Another Wild Red Encounter for Buson would be great! Red can just stumble out of the woods or anywhere in front of Buson!

Yeah, the radio call-ins with Ken are fun! Once I've got some inspiration for a post I'll definitely make one. Having a guest in the studio sometime might be fun too!

Maybe when I get around to the backdated post for Buson reviving... he'll just find himself in front of the shrine! Red can show up there oooor in some other prompts I might come up with... but it might be a while before I get around to making that post (as Bashou's player's on hiatus), so maybe a post on your end or on a mingle/event post would be easier to plot out. ^^

Ooh, he could even have a little interview!!! It'd be so fun, like the Rocket Radio Shows. ;3;

Calla's going to blip ever-so-briefly home and get an update to post-SS Anne and pre-Vermillion Gym! Which means she's coming back to Ulsai with a full team and not a small amount of Rocket-related trauma. As is what happens when an Executive tries to kill you and your friends, one assumes.

She'll be more than a little determined to see just how big Ultern is and what kind of Pokemon are out there, so she'll be exploring the wilderness! Anyone want to spot the rare and elusive Kanto Trainer out there and/or get into shenanigans?

Haha, it’s quite a decent spread of types! I’ll update the team roster post once I’m home. Just don’t tell the bosses I’m posting on company time, lol.

She so needs to meet Georgia, if only because the whole “streetwise vs naive” dynamic cracks me up. Sorry for having to deal with a ditz, Georgia-!

He'll most likely be traveling around training his Pokemon even more than before considering uhhh, well. He had a Team Flare scare. It's been dealt with somewhat but that sure rattled him.

This lad's brand spanking new so if anyone wants mostly negative CR because he's the biggest failure at making friends-- (Unless you're like a Gold/Ethan or Kris, anyway.) I don't have any plans for him yet but I'll throw him around at some point!

I have been... not the best at keeping up tags due to work, a group fan project, and video games, and I'll be away on a trip starting from the 13th of September too. Compounding the fact that I'm feeling Ash's voice is weakening on my end, so my slowatus continues.

That said, just assume Ash (goingallout) is doing his usual routine: exploring + training! He's setting up his new team for the gym challenge for most of September. But hit me up if you'd like some extra CR for him!

Also let me know if there's a thread I left hanging. I'm very open to backtags though if you want to close some threads with my boy!
