Wow, it’s almost a full year since Faraway Place has opened–nife debiru, thank you all who have been with us throughout this ride, and to our new players as well!

We will have an anniversary post popping up on the 20th (tomorrow!). It will be time for a summer festival, yet again!

Please feel free to use this post as a plotting post, and as per usual if there’s any comments, concerns or questions for us mods, let us know down in the comments!

Hi gang! Mukkuru here just to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the players in Faraway Place whether you're new or have been here for a year, active or inactive. It was only a year ago after Spagonia and I decided to come up with Faraway Place just to express our love for the Pokemon series and bring back the spirit of dressing rooms into DWRP. I find it incredible that we managed to pull through it at all.

But really I'm just more than happy to see that everyone's been enjoying the little sandbox we've made for everyone to play with. I love building Ultern with Spagonia and I really enjoy tagging with everyone too while running the whole thing behind the scenes! It's really thanks to you, our dear player, for making this work.

It's been an adventure, and here's to even more of those in the future!

I feel like I already blabbed what I wanted to say on plurk but let me reiterate it again on here--thank you all so so much who have played here no matter how short, or long your stay is Mukkuru and I are grateful to have you!

I just look forward to new adventures all of us have in stored in the future of Ultern! Here's to one whole year!!!

Thank you for making this place! It came about just at a time when I was feeling brave enough to try and get into rp. I really, really can't thank everyone enough for being so welcoming!

That first summer festival post from a year ago is an especially fond memory for me. Let's hope for another one a year from now, too!

By the way, since there's so much deaging going on in the event post, maybe I should deage Gold in for a little bit as well... >:3

Thank you, Spagonia and Mukkuru, for such a lovely game and for being such good friends, too! You inspire so much creativity and you captured everything lovable about this franchise and the anime and it's so good, it makes the end of Satoshi/Ash's journey a lot easier, since we can always have more fun with the old characters here! The journey continues. ;3;
I'm grateful for having somewhere I can play with my old bashou too, it's been like a dream.

Thank you so much for making this place! It’s a little slice of sunshine in what has (lately) been a very chaotic time in my personal life. And it got me relaying the series again and remembering all the good times.

Thank you for this lovely place! :) It's so sweet and wholesome. I love playing Evie here! I'm also the Chloe who pops up from time to time. I wasn't fully confident I could pull her off, but it's been fun working with her!
